At Growth Hub Al-Khobar that means furnished private offices let by the month, desks in a shared floor, meeting rooms and an event hall booked by the hour, a reception team, and the building's own facilities, all on one bill and one booking system.

Private offices start from SAR 4,500 a month, with meeting-room hours included every month and a discount for longer terms. Every price on the site already includes 15% VAT, so the figure you see is the figure on the invoice.

Office or desk: which one fits

A private office is a lockable room for your team, furnished and ready, with its own door and your company's name on it. It suits a team of two or more, a branch of a larger company, or anyone who meets clients and needs privacy. Offices start from SAR 4,500 a month.

A desk suits one person, or a founder who needs a professional place to work before the team grows. Monthly desk plans start from SAR 1,200 a month, in the same centre as the offices, so moving up to a private office later does not mean changing address.

Meeting rooms and the hall when you need them

Meeting rooms are booked by the hour from SAR 40, whether or not you rent an office here. A client meeting, an interview or a board meeting costs only the hours it takes, and the request is sent online with the date, start and end you choose.

For a larger gathering, The Momentum Hall seats up to 20 people at SAR 300 an hour: a training course, a company briefing or a small conference, in the same building as your office.
