A class of up to 20 is the right size for a hands-on session where the trainer can still reach every person. For a larger audience, tell the team the number and the format before you plan around the room, and they will say honestly what fits.

Planning a training day

Book the hours for the whole session, not only the teaching: setting up before the group arrives and clearing afterwards belong to the booking. A two-hour workshop with half an hour either side is a three-hour booking, and the hourly price means you pay for exactly that.

Bring your slides on your own laptop and run them on the screen with the team before participants arrive, so the first minutes of the course are not spent on cables. If the session needs a particular layout or any set-up before the group arrives, write it in the request so it can be planned.

A multi-day course is a request for each day, or one request that lists the dates. The price per hour stays the same, and you see the total before you send anything.

A second room for the quiet moments

Training days need a second room: a call that cannot wait, a one-to-one with a participant, a trainer's break. Meeting rooms in the same centre are booked by the hour from SAR 40, and you can add one to the same request.

The Momentum Hall is SAR 300 an hour. Every price on the site already includes 15% VAT, so the figure in the table is the figure on the invoice, with no tax line added after you choose. You see the price for the hours you picked before you send the request.

Al-Khobar sits between Dammam and Dhahran, so participants from across the Eastern Province's business centres are within a short drive. Holding the course in a staffed business centre rather than a hotel ballroom keeps the scale right for a focused group of up to 20, at an hourly price you can see before you ask.

Growth Hub Al-Khobar is in the Madinat Al Umal district of Al-Khobar, open Sun–Thu 08:00–18:00. The building has basement parking for participants and a prayer room on B1, which matters for a session that runs across a prayer time.
