Can I use the address for commercial registration?
Yes. Fahdan handles CR, licensing and visas in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, and your Growth Hub office is the registered address.
Membership
How do meeting hours work?
Every private office includes a monthly allowance of meeting-room time. Hours are drawn when a booking is confirmed and returned automatically if it is cancelled. Your balance is the sum of the ledger in your dashboard, and it is valid at any Growth Hub centre.
Partners
How do I list my own business centre?
Apply through the Network Partner programme. Once approved you manage your own listings, availability and pricing, and take part in the referral and commission programme.
Pricing
What is included in the monthly price?
Electricity and water, high-speed WiFi, printing facilities, administration support, reception and mail handling, pantry access with water, coffee and tea, and office cleaning — plus your monthly meeting-room allowance of 10, 15 or 20 hours depending on the office.
What add-ons are available?
Gym membership and parking are SAR 600 a month each, an additional desk is SAR 200, and universal access to all Growth Hub incubators is SAR 500. Add-ons attach to your membership and appear on the same invoice.
